The following are just a small sample of some of the diverse and iconic projects Ourense Engineering has worked on throughout the years.
Client: Puma Energy
PUMA Kwinana Fuel Terminal A
In 2019 Puma Energy announced they would be building their new eleven tank fuel import and storage depot in Kwinana, Western Australia to hold 220 million litres of fuel.
Ourense Engineering was engaged to provide structural, mechanical, and piping fabrication & installation for this project. With our inhouse estimators, engineers, project managers and skilled labourers, we offered the client the diverse resources required to deliver on such a critical scope of works.

Mundaring Water Treatment Plant
The Mundaring Water Treatment Plant involved the construction of a new water treatment plant, a pump station, and various pipelines. This plant supplies the Goldfields and Agricultural Water System for the region.
Acciona Trility JV engaged Ourense Engineering to provide the fabrication, installation of mild steel cement lined, stainless and carbon steel piping.
Commissioning and maintenance of the Mundaring Water Treatment Plant was and is currently being provided by Ourense Engineering.

Optus Stadium
Perth Optus Stadium is a 60,000-seat capacity multipurpose sports arena. The stadium and surrounding parklands commenced constructions in December 2014 and was completed in January 2018.
Ourense Engineering was contracted by Civmec to fabricate pipe braces for the stadium. The work was completed in accordance with the contract requirements and ahead of deadline.

Matagarup Bridge
Client: Origin Energy
Dongara Pipeline
– Redback South1
Ourense Engineering was commissioned by Origin Energy to install 8kms of a 6inch diameter pipe system for the Dongara Redback South1 venture.
Ourense mobilised a highly motivated and skilled team, led by a project manager & QA/QC, to perform the scope of works on-site in Dongara. The project was successfully delivered yielding high quality and adhering to a strict timeline.

Jimblebar
The Jimblebar mine is an iron ore mine located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Ourense Engineering was contracted by Monadelphous Group to supply and fabricate carbon steel piping works.

Cape Lambert
Cape Lambert is a port facility operated by Rio Tinto Iron Ore in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. It is located 40 kilometres north of Karratha.
Carbon steel pipe fabrication was supplied and fabricated by Ourense Engineering.

Iron Bridge
The Iron Bridge Project is a joint venture that will deliver a high grade 67% Fe magnetite concentrate product in the Pilbara.
Contracted by Monadelphous, Ourense was responsible for the supply and fabrication of test headers. These test headers were fabricated with 100% traceability and delivered 1,525km from our warehouse to the Pilbara project site. Ourense was selected for this project due to our unique ability to deliver on the accelerated delivery schedule requirements.

Darwin LNG
Acid Gas Hot Vent Project & Ethylene Purifier Pipe Supports
Darwin LNG is an LNG project that involves the development and production of gas mainly from the Bayu-Undan Gas Field as well as the pipeline transport and liquefaction of that gas.
Contracted by ConocoPhillips, Ourense was responsible for the fabrication of ethylene purifier pipe supports, and the supply and fabrication of structural steel.
